516 – Management Diploma Programme
This is our high level programme for people who have already completed the Certificate level, or for people who want to attain our complete portfolio of management qualifications in one programme. Managers completing this programme are able to do the job today, improve the organisation for tomorrow and manage more strategically for the future.
If delegates have already completed the Certificate programme there are only a further 4 days of input and 1 more assignment to undertake. Clients can start at the Diploma level by completing 16 days of input and 3 work-based assignments. The 16 days can be organised into blocks of 2, 3 or 4 days to suit your needs.
