This builds on the Award programme and develops a much broader range of people skills and organisational improvement tools. Managers increase their ability to do the job today and to improve the organisation for tomorrow.

If delegates have already completed the Award programme there are only a further 8 days of input and 1 more assignment to undertake. Clients can start at the Certificate level by completing 12 days of input and 2 work-based assignments.
