504 - Management Award Programme

This is the entry level programme designed to develop basic middle management skills and knowledge. Managers increase their ability to do the job today.

The programme runs over 4 days and we would generally recommend 2x2 day blocks. To gain the Award delegates have to complete all 4 days and complete a work-based assignment.
