This has been designed to enable recent graduates to speed up their development so they can quickly make a value adding contribution to their organisation.

Graduates learn about leadership and management models, essential business skills and value adding methods. Programmes can be run on-site or off-site and are a great way for organisations to support their newly recruited talent.

Delegates completing the programme receive a recognised qualification.
