700 – Executive Apprenticeship

This is a senior level management programme for people who would like to develop their practical skills in order to take them further up the organisational ladder. This can be a great addition to people who already hold an MSc or an MBA and who want to do something non-academic.

Entry is based on presenting a portfolio of prior activity and attending a developmental open day. Entry is not based on prior academic achievement.

The programme combines practical management skills with strategic change management tools so that delegates are better able to lead large teams, establish strategic direction, make high level decisions, manage risk and work confidently with financial information.

The programme is run off-site as an intensive block of workshop inputs and practical client-facing projects and can be supported by personal executive coaching.

At the end of the whole programme delegates are awarded:

• ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive Management
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
• TA101 International Certificate in Transactional Analysis
• Certificate of Coaching Competence
