Nick Davis has been involved in Operational Improvement as both an Internal and External Consultant for over 15 years. He is a client approved Lean Sensei, Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Certified Executive Coach. Nick is a Mechanical Engineer by training and has held operational and consultancy roles with CarnaudMetalbox, Cranfield University and Pera as well completing the prestigious Fellowship in Manufacturing Management programme. His clients have included Areva, Wyeth Pharmaceutical, Travelex, Cambridge University and United Biscuits. 

Andie Hallihan has 18 years experience in leading the adoption of Lean and Six Sigma across organisations.  He originally learnt from being seconded to a senior engineer from Japan within aerospace, prior to extending the experience in different manufacturing, service and healthcare organisations.  An Electronic Engineer by training, he is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the Institute for Learning, and is a Certified Executive Coach.  His clients have included Airbus, BOC, Pfizer, Premier Foods, a range of FTSE 250 Companies (including Chemring, GKN, Halma, Hampson, Meggitt and Spectris), and the NHS.
 
Richard Maun is an experienced Transactional Analyst specialising in Organisational Development. He is also a Certified Executive Coach, is qualified by the British Psychological Society to assess psychometric profiles, has completed the prestigious Fellowship in Manufacturing Management programme and has written two best selling management books.  Having worked in industry as a General Manager, Richard has spent the last six years working with organisations to improve management and leadership skills. His clients have included May Gurney Plc, Schroders Bank, the NHS, Cranfield University and the Cabinet Office.
